Admission Policies and Procedures
International candidates must have all the items listed below when an application is submitted.

*No I-20 Processing Fee is required for local students [international students in the U.S.] who has valid passport with I-94. I-20 form will be issued on the fifth business day following the day of the first class.

Proof of Financial Responsibility
You must have one of the following documents to meet your financial responsibilities in the United States:
1. A bank balance statement [either issued in the foreign country or in the United States]
2. A letter of support signed by the applicant's financial supporter, indicating that the supporter will be responsible for all the financial obligations while the applicant remains in the United States.
I-20 Processing
I-20 form will be issued once you have submitted your completed enrollment application with applicable fees and a proof of financial responsibility.
Refund Policy
Fees with * symbols are nonrefundable. Tuition will only be refunded in cases where students from outside the U.S. were denied obtaining F-1 visa status. The refund will be made ONLY if the original I-20 is unused and returned to LAPC.

F-1 students entering the U.S. with the I-20 form issued by the LAPC must report to our school within 7 days of entering the U.S. The student's visa will be cancelled and rendered invalid and the student will be reported to the immigration officials, if he/she fails to contact the school within 7 days of arrival to U.S. If for any reason the student does not enroll at LAPC after the I-20 for immigration, none of the tuition amount will be refunded.
